A conceptual plan is a scaled drawing to help explain what will fit on the property where the project will be. This plan is where Richard Pope and Associates will develop the initial ideas for the project.

This plan is when Richard Pope and Associates and civil engineers, and other architects develop their ideas in more detail to ensure that the concept design is obtainable and meets the client's needs, budget, and vision. This is where we will also determine if there are any significant issues before the design develops. 

This plan involves developing and completing a specific organizational plan for exterior space. The architects at Richard Pope and Associates develop site plans for the grounds surrounding homes, recreational facilities, and places of business. Site planning can include evaluating specific developments in which particular arrangements of buildings, landscape elements, water features, and vegetation are shown. 

Once the area and property have been evaluated, the next step is the master plan. The master plan is the blueprint for a project and is where Richard Pope and Associates sketch out concepts that are the best suit for the property. The master plan includes plant photos, reference photos, color renderings, and section drawings to convey the design concept fully. 

The construction plan is where Richard Pope and Associates develops documents, including plans, sections, schedules, construction details, quantities, and landscape construction specifications. This plan is needed to inform the project builders of every item that needs to be installed. 

Presentation plans are very similar to construction plans. These plans are easier to read and understand compared to construction plans.

During consultations, Richard Pope and Associates, will discuss the client's new project, including location, size, ideas, budget, and timeline.
